Exchange of Notes Concerning the Amendment of the Schedule to the Agreement between Japan and the Republic of Indonesia for Air Services

1. Notes concerning the amendment of the Schedule to the Agreement between Japan and the Republic of Indonesia for Air Services were exchanged on December 18(Mon.) in Jakarta between Mr. Shin Ebihara, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Indonesia, and Mr. Primo Alui Joelianto, Director General for Asia Pacific and African Affairs Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. This time amendment of the Schedule to the Agreement includes adding “Nagoya” and “Osaka” as the points in Japan in some routes to be operated by the designated airline of the Republic of Indonesia, etc. on the basis of the result of the consultation between both aviation authorities held in Jakarta from July 17 to 18, 2001 and in Tokyo from November 14 to 15, 2005.
