Outline:
The project consists of constructing an access road (a six-lane toll road stretching 12.1 km) to the Tanjung Priok Port, which connects the northeastern section of Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) and the Jakarta harbor road, and installing a Traffic Surveillance System (TSS) on toll roads in the Jakarta metropolitan area. The project is due to be completed in 2011. Special Terms for Economic Partnership (STEP) has been applied to this project.
