The objective of the program is to promote infrastructure development, improve the investment climate, and increase access to infrastructure. The support including setting up a special unit for fostering public-private partnership (PPP) in infrastructure investment, policy and institutional reforms and reforms in individual infrastructure sectors. The program was implemented in March 2007 cofinanced with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
