Goodwill Visit of JCG (Japan Coast Guard)’s Vessel to Jakarta

JCG will conduct goodwill visit of the Patrol Vessel “MIZUHO” to Port of Tanjung Priok in Jakarta from June 21－29, 2007.
It is scheduled as follows.

Date : 21st June 2007 to 29th June 2007


Information of the patrol vessel :

Base : 4th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters (AICHI pref.),
Commanding officer : Captain Hideyo SOMA
Name of ships: Patrol Vessel “MIZUHO” (carrying two helicopters)
Itinerary :

7th June   Depart from Japan
21st June 08:00Arrive at Tanjung Priok (Pier JICT2)
24th June 09:00 - 12:00   Open ship for Japanese people and media
25th -27th June   On-board training & Combined Exercise with related participants
27th June 19:00Reception (at Hotel Nikko Jakarta)
29th June 09:00Depart from Jakarta (go to Nagoya)

Purposes of visit

* Goodwill visit on Indonesia. (Making courtesy call and Exchanging information with DGST ,MP and so on.
  Will have a on-board training program with DGST, MP)

* Combined Exercise for Indonesian Maritime Officials
